Industry influencers collaborate on new podcast series powered by BRITA Professional
With new research commissioned by BRITA Professional revealing the majority (70%) of hospitality workers feel stressed in the kitchen[1], the water filtration expert has announced the launch of a new podcast series this International Stress Awareness Week (5th-9th November).
The series captures thought-provoking discussions on some of the key issues BRITA Professional’s recent research highlighted as being the biggest contributors to stress in the hospitality industry – such as staff shortages and unreliable equipment.
To gain a wider industry perspective, the company has joined forces with pioneers from the world of hospitality – including Kate Nicholls, CEO of UKHospitality; Mark Lewis, Chief Executive of Hospitality Action; and Hayden Groves, Consultant Chef at Borough Market.
Titled ‘Life is Better Filtered’, the podcasts form part of BRITA Professional’s Collaborative Kitchen initiative, which aims to support businesses in their pursuit of optimum kitchen efficiency. Each episode will discuss initiatives businesses are implementing to stand out from the crowd and provide advice for businesses that are striving to ‘filter out’ inefficient practices
